Quin-who? Quinoa

Yesterday, started out beautifully. It did spiral out of control around 3:30 p.m. Not totally horrible. I did use some self control. So anyhow. I have another tip. There are easy (healthy) recipes at the Whole Foods Market website. (www.wholefoods.com) So anyway, today:

2/3 cantelope
1/2 plumelo
1 quinoa cake
1/8 C dried dates
1 banana
16oz Matcha Green Tea Mist
3 pieces of Valley Veggie Pizza
2 whole dates
1 Amy's Mexican Casserole

Maybe I will have another piece of fruit later on; but before 7:30. That is all for today. Over and Out.
